Brothers Forever™

Brothers Forever is my self funded organization to promote Torah Education, all inclusive Community Events, and when posible financial assitance and protection for the at risk population. I hope to eventually transition BF to an NGO/Amuta.

Brothers Forever™ via NatanShlomo.com is also the virtual office of the Acting Albacea/Fiduciary of the estate and assets of David Benjamin Goldstein Weitzman in Mexico, The United States and Israel.

It is in memory of David Benyamin Goldstein Weitzman and honors his legacy as a giver and founder of the Mexican Chicken industry via Nutricos and Pilgrims Pride.

He always used to to tell me to protect the girls and to always give generously. He actively helped many people. 

It is also in memory of my late aunt Isabella who had autism but passed away before I was born.

Last but not least it is also to spiritually and actively help my aunt Ivy who lives in Mexico and struggles with autism and lives in poverty. It is my hope that some day I can help her go from collecting cans on the street to living the way she did when she was young and restore her to the life she deserves.

I do this by teaching Torah without any fee as commanded by Jewish Law and providing for community events such as the recent MTG championships as well as fighting for her rights on the legal front.

LEGAL MANDATE FOR EMERGENCY FIDUCIARY INTERVENTION

​Fiduciary: Natan Shlomo Valadez (Paul Valadez Goldstein)

Status: Acting Albacea / Emergency Fiduciary

​Natan Shlomo Valadez is operating under the following established legal frameworks:

​I. UNITED STATES: PROBATE & EQUITY LAW

​Doctrine of Necessity: Grants emergency powers to an individual acting to prevent "Irreparable Harm." The imminent risk to the life and safety of Ivy Goldstein (an incapacitated person) creates a legal necessity for immediate asset protection.

​Uniform Trust Code (UTC) § 809: Mandates that a fiduciary must take reasonable steps to take control of and protect trust property. Failure to act to recover assets when an heir is in peril constitutes a breach of duty.

​Uniform Voidable Transactions Act (UVTA): Establishes that any transfer of assets made to avoid a debt or fiduciary obligation—specifically after notice has been served—is a "Fraudulent Conveyance" and is legally voidable.

​II. MEXICO: CÓDIGO CIVIL FEDERAL

​Article 1896 (Gestión de Negocios): Authorizes a person to manage the affairs of another without a formal mandate to prevent "imminent damage" to the interests of the owner or heirs.

​Article 1906: Requires the manager to act with "the diligence of a good father," prioritizing the protection of the abandoned or incapacitated party.

​Protección Consular: Invokes the state's duty under international law to intervene in the guardianship and financial protection of Mexican Nationals (Ivy Goldstein) who are in a state of high-risk abandonment.

​III. ISRAEL: CAPACITY & GUARDIANSHIP LAW

​Legal Capacity and Guardianship Law (1962): Provides for immediate intervention and the appointment of a representative to protect the interests of a person unable to care for themselves.

​The Principle of Saving Life (Pikuach Nefesh): In the Israeli legal and ethical tradition, the mandate to preserve life and protect the helpless overrides procedural formalities during an active crisis.

Brothers Forever™ is hereby designated as the Advocacy and Recovery Arm acting on behalf of Ivy Goldstein and the disabled heirs of David Benjamin Goldstein Weitzman, fulfilling the decedent’s intent to protect and provide for his family's needs after his death.

1. The Asset Designation Clause

Brothers Forever™ serves as the facilitator for the recovery of assets. It does not incorporate, absorb, or retain assets recovered from the Estate of David Benjamin Goldstein Weitzman that are specifically designated for Ivy Goldstein or the other disabled heirs. This ensures the unencumbered movement of family assets to their rightful recipients.

2. The Direct Flow of Assets

• 0% Operational Retention: Recovered funds specifically allocated for Ivy Goldstein or the other disabled heirs are not diverted to the overhead, community projects, or religious education of Brothers Forever™.
• 100% Direct Allocation: All assets recovered via the mandates issued by this office for the Beneficiaries are to be transferred directly into Restricted Protective Trusts or court-monitored accounts dedicated to the health, safety, and sovereign dignity of Ivy Goldstein and the additional disabled heirs.

3. The Sovereign Authority and Funding of the Organization

Brothers Forever™ provides the voice for the voiceless. It is dedicated to uplifting Ivy Goldstein and all other disabled individuals of the Goldstein Family from a state of neglect to a state of sovereign dignity.  Brothers Forever™ is privately funded by Natan Shlomo Valadez from his own personal funds. Brothers Forever™, maintains the right to function as a community organization as long as that function does not conflict with the care of the Estate and Heirs of David Benjamin Goldstein Weitzman. All funds for each heir, as well as for Brothers Forever are and will be kept separate from each other in separate accounts/trusts.
